DRY OR COMPLETE FINISHING, WHAT TO DO?
The square meter pricing given for your particular design must be analyzed and compared on the same bases, depending on the house finishing that you ask for.
There exist 3 cases:
1. House delivery – DRY
2. Delivery in a kit, ready to mount
3. Completely finished
You must be aware that buying a kit is only recommended for qualified people or very good handymen. The personal investment is extremely important.
The land, the slab size, and the field access are characteristic that must be taken into account.
Advice ++: If necessary, be sure that your field has been examined for foundations and for stabilization.
White ant and Xylophage insects
We guarantee high quality wood – completely dry and treated (by request) for your housing project. We inspect regularly the factory.
Of course there are some simple rules to follow:
• Do not take any humid wood from forests; termites can have a nest inside!
• Do not let any rotten wood into your garden; termites can be inside!
• Check for any humid places.
• Do not take any wood from rubbish piles. If you even take something from these places, please check it and apply a special treatment on it before placing it into your house.
